So this specific location is pretty decent. The food is good. Its hot and its pretty fast, but there's one thing that ruins it all. Screwing up the order!!! Every damn time!!! Somethings wrong everytime! Taco Bell, please hire one person to check all the orders before you give it away. Problem solved!

Kaitlyn is the best at service. Always a smile, and so polite. The food is good. The decor is awesome. It doesn't feel like a fast food joint. Good energy!

Im just addicted to taco bell. There is a really cool thing I just discovered about ordering online. There are a plethera of options to customize your food online that I was never aware of before. Try it and go pick it up and see how different the experience is!!

If only the food looked like the pictures. Their tacos were a gluten free favorite until I discovered Del Taco.

Idk if it's normal but I ordered the cinaballs during breakfast and I got 2 it just seems not right

Food took a while for drive through and they got our order wrong even though the receipt is right.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in the sacramento area, but as of the last few years it's gone downhill. Last few times I went in, they got my order wrong, and the food came out cold and under cooked. Worst part was while we were ordering, there was only workers around, and one if not more of them decided to fart, and it was the most horrid smell I have ever smelt. Plus it was a bunch of teenagers working, who were constantly going outside and smoking, or were hanging out with their friends at the tables when people weren't ordering food. At one point the entire staff ran outside and went to someone's car. Who knows what they were doing in it, but there weren't employees in the building at that time. Nothing against young workers at all, but they should be somewhat professional, to make sure people come back to eat there. People might start going 2 exits down the freeway to the next towns taco bell, because they have bad experiences.

What can you say about Taco Bell? It's great in a pinch but don't do it too often. Everything is made offsite and warmed up for you. Eh😏

It's ok for a quick bite

Results at this taco bell are mixed. Sometimes they are amazing and very quick but a lot of staff seem more keen on conversation then getting the orders out. Better during peak hours when its busy.

Went very late, saw that people were inside eating and having a good time, when we tried going inside the doors were closed and we had to go through the drive through to get an order, the order was really good and given to us at a fast pace despite the order being a little large

They are clean and sufficient. Drive thru as well. Right off freeway for a quick turn around. Nice.

I don't remember my cashiers name but he went the extra mile to call me by name as I was leaving and wished me a good rest of my night. Keep up the great Customer service. We were eating and one of the employees came to our table and told us they were closing in 10 min. I was still eating...how rude! It would have been different if we were just sitting there talking. Was i just suppose to get up and leave. I have never been somewhere and the basically ask you to leave while you are still eating. Will never go here again.
